Meet Ashley
Ashley Elaine, founder of AE Productions, Inc., is an American actress and media entrepreneur. After earning a marketing degree from the Fashion Institute of Design, Ashley launched her career as an event coordinator in Beverly Hills, California. Her exceptional work on weddings and events earned features in renowned publications such as People Magazine, Brides Magazine, The Knot, and InStyle Weddings. This success sparked her passion for live production, television, and award shows.
Ashley has since produced a range of high-profile galas and award shows, including the Oscar Nominated Short Films Shorts TV Award Show. Recently, she has expanded her talents into film and television production, with notable projects such as Mayberry Man: The Series on Prime and the highly anticipated romance-western based on the acclaimed novel by Caroline Fyffe, Where the Wind Blows.
With a deep passion for storytelling, Ashley thrives on creating compelling narratives that resonate with audiences. Her work in production is driven by a commitment to crafting meaningful stories that inspire, entertain, and connect.

Meet John
John Schimke is an award-winning director, producer, writer, and editor with over 20 years in the entertainment industry. An alumnus of the prestigious AFI Directing Program, Schimke has collaborated with leading companies including Disney, HBO, Meta, MTV, HISTORY, and Food Network, shaping high-profile content across film, television, and digital platforms.
He served as lead editor and producer on Jada Pinkett Smith’s Emmy Award-winning Red Table Talk, where he helped define the show’s intimate and compelling visual style. Some of Schimke’s theatrical feature credits include the dark comedy Don’t Tell Larry (starring Patty Guggenheim, Kiel Kennedy, and Ed Begley Jr.) and the western romance Where The Wind Blows, starring Trevor Donovan, C. Thomas Howell and Ashley Elaine — both of which had theatrical releases.
Most recently, Schimke directed Where The Wind Blows, the screen adaptation of USA Today bestselling author Caroline Fyffe’s award-winning series.
